MEMBER of Parliament Kota Kinabalu cum Sabah DAP State Chairman Dr. Hiew King Cheu stated to the public today that he will be on two weeks sick leave from 6th to 20th August.
After finish parliament meeting last month, Dr. Hiew came back to Kota Kinabalu and non-stop visits throughout Sabah to meet the people, solve their problems and dealing with party affairs.
Last two weeks he attended ‘Pakatan Rakyat Night’ at Sandakan, accidently sprained he ankle. Despite the injury of his ankle, he continued to conduct inspections and visiting, he even drove to Tawau and Keningau.
Thus that leading he suffered from a leg muscle injury, and hardly can walk properly. After medical examination, He was asked to rest for two weeks for full recovery.
We have seen Dr. Hiew ‘turun padang’, visit kampong, served the people and his dedication. Sabah needs people like Dr. Hiew to voice out for the Rakyat. We wish Dr, Hiew a speedy recovery.
