SABAH DAP Kota Kinabalu Parliament Liaison Committee Youth Chief, cum Api-Api Branch Chairman, Junz Wong said, the young people began to realize their responsibilities and rights as a citizen, and they know that they can change Sabah and Malaysia.
Therefore more and more young people wanted to join Sabah DAP Kota Kinabalu Youth. Wong said that he so far has received more than 100 new members application forms to join the party, and he assure that there will be more young people to join this big family.
The young people are the one who can make the change and will be benefited in the future. Junz and his youth will help the young people the awareness of national, economic, political and social, and also to help them to understand how politics can affect their lives and future.
He also urged all the young people of Sabah who qualified to have the right to vote, registration themselves immediately, as it is every citizen's responsibility and rights. According to statistics, there are at least 200,000 people eligible to vote have not yet registered as a voter, this is a alarming figure.
Thus, many Malaysian citizens did not fulfill their legitimate interests, which led to many emergence of the spectre of votes. In order to defend their rights and to save Sabah, Save Malaysia, he urged those who have not register, please do so immediately.
