CHONG PIT FAH FALSE ACCUSATION

SABAH DAP Api-Api Branch Deputy Chairman, Henrry Shim in a statement today hitting out on SAPP Publicity Chief, Chong Pit Fah. Chong in a press release said Sabah DAP State advisor cum KK MP Hiew King Cheu colluding with UMNO is a false accusation.

It is a fact that Yong Teck Lee when he was the Chief Minister, his implementation of policy and plans were in doubt indeed, even his BN members at that time, and some even wanted justice, but those who were involved can’t make a sound and they were under Yong’s pressure.

Chong Pit Fah mentioned that UMNO had given some evidence to Yee Mok Chai when he was still in the opposition and used to hit on Yong’s wrong doing. Since he had mentioned this and this indicated that he admitted that definitely Yong had done something wrong. Chong also pointed out that Hiew had received some information from the people, is in fact from the UMNO.

How Chong knew for sure it is from UMNO? He is trying to frame Hiew, and it is evidence that SAPP actually is still an alliance of UMNO to attack Sabah DAP together. Their action is to damage Hiew King Cheu and Jimmy Wong Tze Phin.

Chong pointed out that SAPP has called for a White-Paper on the SAS issue, which was rejected by the BN and UMNO. The truth has been covered and failed to disclosure. Chong said in the Asia Times that said Yong Teck Lee is clean and has nothing to hide on SAS case.

Then Yong has nothing to hide and should openly speak out. Whether Yong is clean and innocence, the people will be the judge. SAPP should reveal the truth, if not, this is a proof that their sincerity is fake, and diverting the issues, covering up the important facts, and deceiving the people of Sabah.

Chong should know that covering up the truth is a crime, since he knew about the truth of SAS issue, phantom voters, fake identity cards, and Project IC, he should stand up and tell the Sabahan the truth, and to reveal the persons who were involved.

Do not let those who were involved to get away, if not the people might see them really covering up for the UMNO-BN. Even if Hiew has the document in hand, it will only be used by Hiew in the court, or during the election against Yong.

However Chong has allegedly said that the documents and evidence were given to Hiew by UMNO. In fact the opposition representatives had received many documents referring to BN and UMNO wrongs doing, and that is common.

Where the documents are coming from is not the issue, the important part is on their wrong doings. This has confirmed that SAPP clearly in aware of the truth, trying to be innocent, trying to damage DAP to cover themselves and mislead the Sabahan to sabotage DAP.

No matter what type of document that Hiew is holding and where it is from, the appropriate time all may be disclosed, and the people will judge for themsleve. So better speak out now and point out who were involved in what so ever dealings that affected the people deeply. The people knows who they should vote to represent them.
