MOBILE COURT SCANDAL?

By : AMDEE SIDIK

ISSUE of fear sometime ago of any malpractices in the operation of Mobile Court in Sabah now manifestly true. Staffs of relevant authorities were involved betraying their own country. They deserved the severest punishment if found guilty.

I don’t see any reason now why stern and prompt action not taken by authorities; by the look of it, foreigners are capable in hijacking Sabah in the future created by selfish leaders.

If the idea for this operation is noble it could have started in the interior of the state first, or else let just have a pilot project no need to start with all out effort outright.

Those found might only tip of the ice berg perhaps many thousands have been cleared in the system now Sabahans-Malaysians by default.

I have a case in hand a Sipitang lady, 58 a Kadayan/Dusun by origin -Rose Kalsum Zainal from Mersapol applied twice for MyKad 1970 in Kota Kinabalu and 1990 in Sipitang and still did not receive her MyKad after visiting tens of times the NRD both Sipitang and Kota Kinabalu.

Her last visit to Sipitang NRD was last September. The same old reason given by the officers that her name was not in the system, yet her copies of application and serial numbers are all available.

I want see if justice could be done to this lady.
