SABAH DI ATAS LANDASAN YANG BETUL




TAWAU : Ketua Menteri Sabah Datuk Seri Musa Aman yakin negeri Sabah berada di landasan yang baik dan tepat untuk meneruskan pembangunan ekonomi negeri dan memelihara kemakmuran rakyat di bawah kepimpinan kerajaan Barisan Nasional (BN).

Beliau berkata kedudukan kewangan Sabah kini begitu kukuh dan diperakui sendiri oleh Ketua Audit Negara, sehinggakan Sabah mampu membayar gaji penjawat awamnya hingga ke peringkat akar umbi seperti Jawatankuasa Kemajuan dan Keselamatan Kampung (JKKK).

"Semua ini kerana kedudukan kewangan kita yang kukuh. Bagi program membasmi kemiskinan, kita wujudkan estet miniera (Mesej) di seluruh negeri. Kita lakukan ini kerana kita sedar masih ramai rakyat yang tidak memiliki rumah, tidak ada kerja dan sumber pendapatan.

"Sebab itu kita berbelanja beratus juta ringgit membangunkan pelbagai program untuk rakyat. Kita tidak memikirkan kepentingan diri kita sendiri tetapi juga kepentingan anak cucu kita pada masa akan datang," katanya ketika berucap pada majlis perjumpaan dengan pemimpin-pemimpin masyarakat zon Tawau di sini Jumaat.

Menurut Musa, kerajaan di bawah kepimpinan Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak memandang lebih jauh ke hadapan dengan merancang program pembangunan yang boleh ditinggalkan atau diwariskan kepada generasi akan datang agar hidup mereka lebih selesa, aman dan sejahtera. (Bernama)

  3. Semua itu tidak dinafikan lagi oleh penduduk Sabah. Kerajaan telah pun memberikan yang terbaik kepada Sabah dalam pembangunan. Harap kawasan pendalaman akan diberikan tumpuan sepenuhnya untuk dibantu.

  5. syabas kepada kerajaan negeri dibawah pimpinan Musa Aman.. hanya ketika era beliau barulah Sabah mengalami banyak perubahan positif..

  6. Sabah has been allocated RM4.416 billion under the Second Rolling Plan (of the 10th Malaysia Plan) to carry out 724 projects.

  7. And as of May 3 this year, a sum of RM692 million or 15.6 per cent of the allocation for 2012 had been spent on development projects.

  9. Musa said he had reminded every ministry and related departments to ensure all government initiatives were made known to the people, especially projects that would benefit the target groups.

  10. Musa also said members of the committee were also told yesterday that what mattered most was the people’s satisfaction towards the initiatives undertaken by the government in terms of services, wealth creation and effectiveness in resolving problems.

  12. Meanwhile, Musa urged Sabahans who had gone to the peninsula to look for jobs to return to Sabah. He said there were currently some 20,000 job available in the State.

  16. She believes that if all the basic facilities for the disabled are given attention, there would be more people with disabilities (OKU) being able to contribute to the economic development and the government would not need to spend a lot of money just by giving aid.

  17. The government takes serious care and concern for the disabled with the introduction of the Disabled Persons Act 2008. Under the Act, the disabled has the right to access and use the facilities, amenities, services and public buildings.

  18. Therefore, the government or the provider of any facility, amenity, service and public buildings must give appropriate consideration and take the necessary steps to conform to the universally acceptable design in order to facilitate access for the disabled.
