CANADIAN Luka Magnotta, who is on Interpol’s most wanted list, may be heading to London in drag. Unconfirmed reports say Magnotta was last spotted in Paris.

Back in Canada, he is suspected of hacking his victim to death with an ice pick before eating his flesh. He also filmed it and loaded it onto the Internet.

“Magnotta is someone who can disguise himself – he can change into a woman, wear a wig, ” said Montreal police commander Ian Lafreniere warned:

An-ex lover of his, who is a transsexual claims he would do “anything to be famous” and spoke with pride of his twisted murder fantasies.

The transsexual, Nina Arsenault told CityNews in Toronto that he spoke of murdering animals and people, including his own family.

The 38-year-old Nina added: “He was a manipulative pathological liar.”

Authorities also suspect Magnotta has posted another video on YouTube.

The video shows footage of what could be Magnotta's Montreal apartment with a man, possibly a neighbour, explaining to the camera what the room looks like after the alleged crime.

There is a still shot of a blood stained mattress in the video.

"This sounds exactly like him. I give this an 80% chance that it's him because he appears to be a narcissist and this is how he is going to ultimately get caught," Casey Jordan, a Connecticut criminologist, told QMI Agency.

"Completely in keeping with him, this is absolutely in keeping with Magnotta's personality. It's either him, or someone as odd as he is."

However, the uploader complains the mattress pattern doesn't match the one in another film.
