PERSEKUTUAN BANTU KELANTAN RM5.3 BILION





KULIM : Kerajaan negeri Kelantan menerima bantuan berjumlah RM5.3 bilion daripada kerajaan persekutuan dalam tempoh dua tahun sejak Rancangan Malaysia ke-10 dilancarkan pada tahun 2010.

Naib Presiden Umno, Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi berkata dalam tempoh sama kerajaan negeri Kelantan hanya menyumbang hasil pendapatan berjumlah RM300 juta kepada kerajaan persekutuan.

Bercakap kepada pemberita selepas merasmikan persidangan perwakilan Umno Kulim/Bandar Baharu di sini, hari ini, Ahmad Zahid berkata bantuan tersebut disalurkan melalui Jabatan Pembangunan Persekutuan Negeri dan agensi-agensi kerajaan bagi melaksanakan pelbagai projek pembangunan dan bantuan kepada rakyat miskin di Kelantan.

Fakta bantuan kewangan ini diperoleh dari Unit Perancang Ekonomi (EPU) Jabatan Perdana Menteri dan dibentangkan di Parlimen Mei lepas, kata Ahmad Zahid.

Sehubungan itu, beliau meminta rakyat berfikir secara rasional dan menilai dengan adil kerajaan Barisan Nasional yang menepati janji berbeza dengan pakatan pembangkang ibarat 'saudagar janji.'

Dalam ucapannya semasa merasmikan persidangan itu, Ahmad Zahid yang juga Menteri Pertahanan berkata pembangkang bijak memanipulasi perasaan rakyat melalui janji-janji yang ditabur namun tidak pernah ditunaikan.

"....betul pelbagai bantuan yan diberi kepada rakyat yang layak adalah duit rakyat hasil pelbagai cukai yang dipungut. Kerajaan juga boleh bangkrap dengan bantuan-bantuan tersebut.

"Jika kerajaan tidak cekap menguruskan kewangan negara tentu rakyat tidak akan menikmatinya. Kita kena bersyukur. Alasan tidak mau berterima kasih kepada kerajaan yang memerintah kerana duit itu adalah 'hak' kita semata-mata bertentangan dengan fitrah manusia," jelasnya.

Beliau berkata pembangkang sekarang dikategorikan sebagai 'saudagar janji' kerana banyak membuat janji yang tidak pernah mereka tunaikan.

Menurutnya antara janji tersebut ialah kerajaan Selangor yang sehingga hari ini tidak menunaikan janji memberi RM100 kepada rakyatnya yang berumur 60 tahun ke atas malah menjual banyak aset miliknya.

Kerajaan negeri Kedah pula memperkenal Skim Kafalah iaitu bantuan RM500 kepada keluarga simati dan mewujudkan Tabung Tunku Mahmud untuk menyalurkan bantuan kebajikan kepada rakyat dan membina Kolej Universiti Insaniah (KUIN) berharga RM330 juta namun semua itu lebih awal dilaksanakan kerajaan BN, katanya.   1. This shows that the Federal government is fair in allocating funds, even though Kelantan is a PAS state and only contributed income tax of RM300 billion, but they still get RM5.3 billion from the Federal.

  2. The PAS government previously promised the people of Kelantan that they will fulfill the 22 points agreement for the Kelantanese, but so far they still have not manage to do it.

  3. walaupun Kelantan negeri pembangkang, namun kerajaan tetap memberi bantuan kepada Kelantan.

  5. Memang sudah menjadi tanggungjawab kerajaan persekutuan untuk memberi peruntukan kepada setiap negeri.

  6. Kedah, Pulau Pinang dan Selangor juga menerima bantuan/peruntukan daripada kerajaan.

  7. Bantuan ini bagi kepentingan pembangunan dikawasan tersebut. Jadi jangan pula ada pihak PR yang tidak berpuas hati dan memberikan pelbagai kenyataan yang mengelirukan orang ramai.

  9. rm300 juta saja sumbangan kelantan kepada persekutuan?? sepatutnya sumbangan kerajaan persekutuan kepada kelantan tidak lebih dari rm1 billion.. selebihnya bagi kepada negeri2 yang banyak menyumbang kepada persekutuan..

  10. sepanjang lebih 20 tahun PAS memerintah Kelantan, hanya itu saja itu saja sumbangan yang mampu dijana oleh ekonomi negeri kelantan? patut la masalah air bersih sampai hari tidak selesai..

  16. Tun Juhar said the dependence on several major commodities alone would not strengthen the state’s economy. And, he also stressed the need for development of the industrial and service sectors. RM77.5 billion was needed to carry out 31 entry point projects (EPPs) in Sabah and would create 144,000 jobs by 2020. The federal government would provide eight per cent of the amount to assist the private sector to kick off the projects. The federal government has allocated RM459.2 million to help start six high-impact projects worth RM5.15 billion.

  18. Sabah’s financial standing was strong as a result of competent and efficient management as well as proactive steps undertaken by the state government. Sabah had already spent 75.5 per cent of the state allocation and 74.9 per cent of federal allocation to undertake development projects last year.

  24. Although the State government are spending heavily on development projects statewide, the people’s needs and welfare are not neglected. And this is also possible with the close ties between the state and federal governments.
