KOTA KINABALU: Datuk Lajim
Ukin was urged to choose another name for his proposed party, Sabah Reform
Alliance, as its acronym of PPS clashes with that of Persatuan Perempuan Sabah
(PPS).

Azizah Mohd Dun said Lajim cannot use the initials PPS because it was already
registered by her association.
"He can form his new
party but he must find another name for it," said Azizah.
"This is a democracy
country. Anyone can form their party but it's up to the people to decide which
is better for them. "Barisan Nasional (BN) has done a lot of changes for
the people this shows that the current government has proved they governed
well, so if he (Lajim) wants to form new party that's his right," she
said.
Azizah said the grassroots
there are still supportive of the BN.
She said they (grassroots)
know that BN have done well for them and those people without houses are being
given houses, the poor also obtained assistance from the government.
"There was no reason
for the people to follow something that they are not sure of.
We are the government and
now we are doing well for the people and not for us," she said. (DE)
Sebenarnya Lajim tahu yang mana dia akan disingkirkan dan Azizah akan dicalonkan mengantikan beliau.
