SAFETY IS NOT GUARANTEED BY DOSH?

Dear Editor,

IT'S BEEN more than a week. I assume the efficiency of our most honorable department of Occupational Safety And Health that is working towards a safe and healthy culture have done some kind of analysis on the issue.

I have not receive any form of reply from you or your department which is very disappointing. But i see the mentioned building continue building. Does that mean DOSH have given them green light to proceed?

Should i think that my safety is guaranteed by DOSH? And it also means that Dato' lr. Dr. Johari Bin Basri (Director General), Ir. Mohtar bin Musri (Deputy Director General-operational) and Zabidi bin Dato' Md. Adib (Deputy Director General-policy) will be responsible if anything goes wrong?

For a safe and healthy culture, i seek assurance from your department that me and everyone who are working on the mentioned building are safe to continue our daily job, as well as the safety of tenant and everyone who live in the building in near future.

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon!
Thank you!

JAN CHOW
