Girl forced to give money, then have oral sex in the car with a policeman before being raped by him in a public toilet.
PETALING JAYA: Two policemen who were detained for allegedly raping a 19-year-old girl will be charged in a magistrate’s court here after the remand order is over on February 6.
The cops, with the rank of corporals, caught the private college student allegedly having sex with her boyfriend in a car on January 26.
Taking the girl and her boyfriend to the Kota Damansara police station in separate vehicles, one of them then demanded RM2,000 and sex for the girl’s release.
The teen agreed to pay the sum but when she refused sex with him, the policemen allowed the couples to go, after their details were taken.
The Sun daily quoted Petaling Jaya police chief ACP Azmi Abu Kassim as saying that one of the policemen then called the girl later that same day and demanded the money.
Azmi said the girl alleged that the officer came to her hostel later, drove her to a nearby mall and forced her to perform oral sex on him in the car.
“The policeman then took her to a toilet in the mall and raped her,” Azmi told the daily yesterday.
The victim lodged a police report when the policeman kept calling her and demanding more sex.
