We refer to the above wherein we act for Yee Lee Trading Co Sdn.Bhd. It has come to our client' attention that you have published an article namely 'Spritzer Keluarkan Minuman Berperisa Semut,' on your website http://www.sabahkini.net on 9th March 2011. We are instructed that the said Article contains untrue and defamatory statement about our client's product, the SPRITZER mineral water.

TAKE NOTICE that the publication of the said Article had cause our client to suffer damage and loss of reputation in the eyes of the various authorities and their customers. Out client would haves suffered lost substantial business and opportunity to make profits due to the unfounded allegations made in the said Article.

WE HEREBY DEMAND THAT you immediately take down the said Article from your website and that YOU UNDERTAKE FORTHWITH to cease to publish such kind of articles regarding our client and/our client's product thereby jeopardizing our client's reputation.

We are further instructed by our client that you may forward any complaints received regarding our client and/or client's products directly to our client or to use as their solicitors for our client's further action.

We hereby put you on notice that in the event you fail to take down the said Article, we have our client's instructions to commence legal action against you without further notice.
