Dear Sir,
WE have try to renew our passports since 4 weeks ago in Sandakan Immigration and the officers said the system is offline. All they can do is suggest us to go to Kota Kinabalu or Tawau to renew our passport.
They didn't even give us a proper indication on when it will be fix. What the problems is that they need so long to fixed? Many of us is quite frustrated at such answer. What is the meaning of paying taxes and service is not provided?
Can you imagine the inconvenience for us Sandakan's folks have to go all the way to Kota Kinabalu or Tawau just to renew our passport ?
Please do something about this !
