The famous Kota Kinabalu Peak Nam Tong Temple in Luyang received some new parking lots in front of the temple along the main road.

This is being arranged by the MCA Luyang Assemblyman Hiew King Cheu following the request from the temple management board. The work is now being carried out by the DBKK engineering section, and will be completed soon.

The additional car parking lots in front of the temple is very much needed, and this will solve the problem of lack of car parking space during its festival days. This will also provide safe parking for the many tourists who come to visit the temple as part of their tour program in Kota Kinabalu.

The Adun Luyang Office will continue to complete the other requested works step by step as soon as the DBKK or other departments can complete the process of approval for the work to start immediately. Hiew urges the people to be patient and allow time for the authorities to do their work arrangement.
