THIS letter were sending over to Prime Minister, Attorney General, Minister and all relevant authority, but no action taken by even one of them.
How many of the top management (those Directors/ Deputy Directors/ etc at the 10th floor of Plaza First NationWide – Nirwana College and Windfield International College) have passed SPM and have atleast a Degree?
They may possess fake degrees or had bought the Degrees/Phd elsewhere, so hope the relevant authorities check their validity of the qualifications/Degrees and etc. If you don’t believe, please go to IUCN in Kota Damansara which this management owns and see what qualification does the Dean of the Nursing Faculty have?
He claims have done Masters & Phd and carry title as DR. All this long but recently it was found that all the claims are not true and he has done fraud with the help of this management to fool the Government. Is this allowed by MOHE and other authorities?
Where does all the PTPTN funds are going? Many students are promised this and that (laptops and etc) but until now they don’t get what they were promised and the facilities of the Colleges remain same and undeveloped.
It is found that the Managing Director and the Institute Nirwana CEO are spending this funds for the Companies they own like Maran Metal, Nirwana Salon, Chakravathy Pub and also money lending syndicate (Ah Long) which is operating silently at the Vinejaya Indian Restaurant (just opposite the Rapid KL bus station–Jalan Tun HS Lee) runned by them with the help of the Chief Gangster named ‘Tamil’ who uses the black coloured vehicle plated WAC 6494 (appointed by the Managing Director) and many other illegal businesses.
It is found that thousands of ‘Fast Track’ Foundation In Science certificate had and are still been given to students going to do Medicine at the Kursk State Medical University, Russia. These students need not follow the classes and sit exams and etc but they only need to pay the sum of minimum RM 10,000 and get their certificate done and given by this management. The KKM and MMC and other authorities please take note on this.
How can the MOHE allow a management to operate with the name Nirwana College when they are only given the license as Institute Nirwana? Why the Nirwana CEO and MD had abused this license but still walk free? Many phamplets/advertisements and promises are given by saying its Nirwana College to students and parents and how can few colleges run and dictated by one same management? Isnt this fraud?
What does the foreigners (from Nigerian, Africans and other parts of the world) are studying here when they were freely given Visas for money and some illegal business to run by the Management and never attend the course or programme? The anti Narcotic authorities must take note of this.
Many Muslim female students from Sabah and Sarawak are being turned into to do prostitution and also been sexually abused and or made as keeps by and for the Managing Director and the Nirwana CEO.
Many of this students are doing Nursing programmes but they refuse to compliant this matter as fear of their life as many times they had been warned and feared by the said Chief gangster named Tamil not to tell this matter out.
These students are given monthly pocket money and 100% pass in their programmes taken even when they seldom come for classes. These students are usually very well make up and sexy when they come to the colleges and the relevant authorities and Muslim authorities can track them by this way.
Where is this Colleges students accommodation are? In residential condo? There had been also ‘Khalwat’ cases found among this students as they are not monitored well as this students are forced to stay in huge number in one room by this Management.
When the residents and Committee of the Apartment noticed and bring this to the attention of this College Management, instead to solve matters professionally, they sent the said Chief gangster named Tamil and gang to harm those original residents and Committee members.

What kind of management is it where the Managing Director, Nirwana CEO and other Directors (almost all are consist of sisters and brother in law to the Managing Director – It’s a family business regardless of their low qualification but made Directors and Deputy Directors in various key Management position/Department) coming to the college after drinking from their Pub?
Now tell me, does MOHE, MQA, PDRM, the Government and all religion especially Islam as the Official Religion of Malaysia supports this management’s activities?
All authorities, please take note that education hub is a Nobel place for a person to study and upgrade the knowledge and please we also have children’s and as a parent what will you do if such matters are done towards our own children’s by such evil management?
If the Government is serious, then it should close down all the Colleges run by this negative Management for good. The Management and their thugs (appointed gangsters) must be brought to the court of law and been detained with harsh punishment so that no other management would do so towards innocents students and parents in future.
The Government and all the relevant authorities knows all the details I had given all this while is true and now the above info are nothing but the truth only. Please act fast against this evils. Hope all this communication are confidential as I’m fear of my life since this is the most evil Management run by most deadly criminals in Malaysia.
