AN 'OVERZEALOUS' fan of Malaysian pop star Ning Baizura has redefined "idol-worshipping".
He groped her bum during the Anugerah Juara Lagu (AJL 26) road tour in Plaza Angsana, Johor Baru recently.
Ning was there to plug her chart hit, Beribu Sesalan - her powerful collaboration with Jaclyn Victor and Shila Amzah.
The butt-grabber reportedly crashed the security amid the 15,000-strong crowd and had a feel of Ning's sexy behind.
The untoward incident was confirmed by TV3, the organiser of the highly-popular Malaysian music chart show.
"Yes, someone did grab her butt," said a TV3 rep. "We had a big crowd at that time. So it was hard to identify the culprit."
Ning is not available for comment because she is currently out of the country.
But The Daily Chilli is informed that since the incident, Ning's husband Omar Sharif Christopher Layton Dalton has doubled as her 'bodyguard'.
