SABAH DAP Kudat Chief, Alex Wong received public complaint concerning the collapsed section of the road linking from Kudat to Pantai Kulambu at KM 25 which has collapsed some 5 years ago and until today there is no sign the government is moving in to repair the collapsed section of the road. The people who frequently use this road worries that one day this road will not be able to pass through and total cutoff.
The road is the important link to the Sunjamal Resort which is some 29 KM away from the collapsed road section. The road until today is still a gravel road with bad road surface.
Alex urges the JKR or the Rural Development authorities to immediately repair the road and must provide with a constant maintenance on the road. This is also dangerous at night because there might be some cars didn’t see the big hole may fall into the collapsed section and get killed.
