AS reported, in the last Barisan Nasional convention, the PM and Barisan chairman cautioned the delegates about the four ‘political diseases’ - delusion, amnesia, inertia and arrogance.
Q1. Is the PM referring to BN leaders who are diagnosed for mental health problems or who are incompetent?
The PM went on to say," to rise again, we must find rehabilitative formula's and be consistant to our plans."
Q2. If you are still finding rehabilitative formula's, whats all this talk about New Economic Policy (NEP), Government Transformation Programme (GTP), Economic Transformation Programme (ETP) and Political Transformation Programme (PTP)?
You claimed that Barisan had developed the country with "blood, sweat and tears."
Q3. If that is the case, why is Sabah the poorest state in Malaysia?
Finally the PM hit the nail in the coffin when he said, "The fact is parties that have been in power for too long hardly reflect on their weaknesses. So the four diseases need to be prevented before love turns to hate, hope turns to anger and support turns to dissent." However, you failed to state the methods to prevent these four diseases. Anyway, how could you, when you are still in search of rehabilitative formula's.
Q4. Is it the party or the individual holding on to power for too long?
I have two simple suggestions:
Firstly, sack your speechwriter.
Secondly, to maintain love, hope and support of the people, implement your very own idea; People First, Performance Now!
