Culkin, now 31, looked scruffy and scarily thin holding a Red Bull in this photograph that was taken when he was taking a stroll in New York, the U.S.
It turns out that, the actor, who won hearts as an adorable and mischievous kid in the Home Alone film series, is in 'perfectly good health', according to his rep.
“Macaulay Culkin is in perfectly good health. For Entertainment Tonight or any other media outlet to speculate otherwise is reckless, irresponsible and destructive. We implore them to discontinue the rumor,” said the rep. (E! Online)
