A FASHION designer in Singapore went under the knife 10 times, just to look like an anime girl with sparkling big eyes and a heart-shaped face.
The 29-year-old, known only as Jacqueline, spent S$136,000 (RM326,400) for plastic surgery and correction jobs after she failed to lose weight.
She had dieted and exercised for months to shed excess weight after putting on 6kg in 18 months about two years ago.
When there was no improvement, she decided not just to lose weight but also to revamp her entire look.
Jacqueline, who shared her surgical experience in her blog, received hundreds of e-mails daily from netizens who sought her advice.
"I am not out for fame. I just want to help other women become pretty or even prettier than me," she said. (Sin Chew Daily)
