Dear Sir,
I am e-mailing herewith regarding the land taken by Government without any compensation for the Development of Bandar Sahabat. We have wrote a letter to Lands and Surveys Sipitang for our land under title PL 1383 but was told that this land title is no more exist.
The Government now has reclaimed the land to build a shophouse. Previously my father has requested for higher but was rejected by Lands and Surveys. Can you please kindly assist us in this matter?.
We have staying on this land for almost 75 years since my grandfather until now and we have made a search in Lands and Surveys on this title but was told by Lands and Surveys that this land is no more exist.
We are still holding the original title. The reclamation of land was never inform by Lands and Surveys or any party concerned they just entered our land without giving any notice. We have made a police report but no action has been taken until today. It is almost 2 weeks since then.
Can you please kindly assist us how to go about this matter ?
