FB OFFERS GIRLS FOR MISTRESSES

JOHOR added tons of new attractions to the state last year, including places like Legoland for the geeks and kids. Grownups, however; men, especially, sometimes have other types of playgrounds on their minds.

And one savvy-minded businessperson, who until now remains incognito, has turned their Facebook 'community page' into a recreational sex park by offering social escort services from young women and teenage girls.

The page, in Chinese and loosely translated as JB Compensated Dating Girls, was created on 9th September 2012 and now has over 2,400 'Likes'. And the ladies, some of whom are only 16, provide both sexual favours and mistress duties to any man who can keep them in a lifestyle they're accustomed to.

The identity of the mastermind behind the page is still a mystery, although it's believed to be a woman. 'She' claims to more than 40 girls in her house of ill repute. That said, getting in isn't easy—for the girls at least.

Apparently, each is put through a strict filtering process—which wasn't detailed—before their profiles are included in the stable and posted online. If your enquiry about a particular girl is approved, you are then allowed to directly contact your chosen one to see if she's interested in return.

The thing about all this is that none of the women involved consider themselves call girls. In fact, the whole idea of the page seems to revolve around the Japanese concept of "compensated dating" or enjo-kōsai, where men pay money or present gifts to women who aren't prostitutes in exchange for sex.

Ivyn (not her real name), 26, is one of the Malaysians on the site. She says she's only using sex to buy the things she wants. "Sleeping with men is easy money but I only look for clients only when I set my eyes on a new handbag," she explained.

She also refutes suggestions that she's a hooker. "I am different as I only look for clients when I need to buy an expensive item," she pointed out, while declining to reveal her actual day job.

Ivyn charges RM300 to RM400 for regular sex services, with an extra RM100 for unprotected sex. "I prefer that my clients wear condoms, but if they want it otherwise, I comply with their wishes because I just want the money," she said.

Most of Ivyn's clients are aged 30 to 50. She was 17 when she first learned that she could make a little money and get the nice things she wanted by sleeping with them. "I wanted to join my friends for a holiday but my parents refused to give me the money," she said.

One of her friends then suggested she have sex with a man who would pay for it. "The habit has since stuck with me and whenever I need money, I think of selling my body," she said.

According to Ivyn, once a deal is struck on Facebook, the client has to bank the money into her account before she sets a time and place for them to meet.

But it's not always about the money. Some girls on the page are apparently auctioning their virginity for things like iPhones, leaving their photos and contact details on the site for browsers.

When the police were notified of the site, they said they would investigate the matter. The last post on the site by the page administrator was on Boxing Day, 26th December 2012. (Yee Xiang Yun)
