.....A senior official has denied he was in a sex video although netizens claim
they look exactly the same.
LEI ZHANGFU–secretary of
Beibei District Committee of the Communist Party in Chongqing–told a reporter
with China News Agency that the pornographic materials are fake.
"They're all fake, all
fake, don't believe them… it's fake, don't bother about them!" he snapped
over the phone.
He is in a controversy after
a video and several images of a couple, that are claimed to be Lei and his mistress,
were leaked onto the Internet.
The pornographic recordings
have spread like wildfire online, with netizens nicknaming Lei "Lei Guan
Xi", after Edison Chen "Guan Xi", who is known for his sex
scandals including one that involved several A-list female celebrities.
Ji Xuguang, an investigative
journalist with Southern Metropolis Daily, claimed that the 18-year-old
mistress, Zhao Xiaoxue, was responsible for secretly filming them in the act
after quarreling with Lei.
Quoting an unnamed source,
Ji alleged that Lei had asked the police to arrest Zhao after he found out
about the filming. Zhao was eventually detained for a month.
Lei also denied such
allegations, saying he had never ordered the police to detain a woman by the
name of Zhao Xiaoxue. Lei is currently being investigated. (China News Agency)
