49,000 UNIT RUMAH PBR SIAP





DUNGUN : Kementerian Kemajuan Luar Bandar dan Wilayah telah menyiapkan 49,000 unit rumah di bawah Progam Bantuan Rumah (PBR) daripada 50,000 yang disasarkan dalam tempoh tiga tahun.

Menterinya Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal berkata baki sebanyak 1,000 unit lagi dijangka siap sepenuhnya pada akhir bulan depan.

"Kerajaan memperuntukkan kira-kira RM1.2 bilion bagi membina 50,000 unit rumah PBR di seluruh negara dan kita jangka semua rumah-rumah itu berjaya disiapkan akhir tahun ini," katanya pada majlis penyerahan kunci rumah PBR di Bandar Al-Muktafi Billah Shah, di sini Isnin.

Katanya program itu akan dijalankan secara berterusan bagi membolehkan lebih ramai yang memerlukan mendapat manfaat sama ada rumah baharu atau pembaikan rumah sedia ada.

Katanya kementerian turut merangka program yang dapat membantu anggota isi rumah dari keluarga miskin dan miskin tegar mendapat kemahiran dalam pelbagai bidang. (Bernama)

  12. Dalam Bajet 2013, peruntukan sejumlah RM109.08 juta disediakan kepada Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan. Daripada jumlah peruntukan tersebut, sebanyak RM76.88 juta adalah untuk perbelanjaan di bawah perbekalan dan RM32.2 juta untuk program pembangunan.

Kerajaan akan memastikan peruntukan yang disediakan ini dibelanjakan dengan lebih berhemat dan menumpukan kepada enam strategi utama iaitu: Memantapkan pembangunan dan penyediaan infrastruktur serta kemudahan-kemudahan asas; Meningkatkan program sosio-ekonomi untuk membantu golongan kurang bernasib baik; Memartabat dan memperkasakan Institusi Mahkamah Anak Negeri; Menyediakan program-program perumahan untuk golongan berpendapatan rendah;dan Membangunkan pekan-pekan baru di beberapa daerah.

  14. dalam tempoh 2 tahun pelaksanaan NKRA iaitu 2010 hingga 2011, seramai 16,547 keluarga miskin dan miskin tegar bumiputera di Sabah dan Sarawak telah mendapat rumah di bawah Program Bantuan Rumah (PBR) mengikut pecahan berikut :

    Sabah :
    2010 - 2,272 orang
    2011 - 2,981 orang

    Sarawak :
    2010 - 7,331 orang
    2011 - 3,963 orang

Manakala pelaksanakan tahun 2012, Kementerian menetapkan sasaran sebanyak 10,460 unit rumah PBR akan dilaksanakan di Sabah dan Sarawak yang memberi manfaat kepada 52,300 isi rumah. penentuan kelayakan penerima bantuan rumah ini dilaksanaka berdasarkan pengukuran Pendapatan Garis Kemiskinan (PGK) semasa negara.

Manakala pelaksanakan tahun 2012, Kementerian menetapkan sasaran sebanyak 10,460 unit rumah PBR akan dilaksanakan di Sabah dan Sarawak yang memberi manfaat kepada 52,300 isi rumah.Untuk makluman YB juga, penentuan kelayakan penerima bantuan rumah ini dilaksanaka berdasarkan pengukuran Pendapatan Garis Kemiskinan (PGK) semasa negara.

  17. Sabah has recorded the highest number of affordable homes to be built by Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB) under its Rumah Mampu Milik (RMM) Programme.
