THE Deputy British High Commissioner to Malaysia, Mr Ray Kyles paid a visit to the Kota Kinabalu MP, Dr. Hiew King Cheu on Friday 13th August 2010. He was accompanied by a High Commission officer Ms Li Tsin Soon, Sri Tanjung Assemblyman and Sabah DAP
Deputy Chief Jimmy Wong was on hand to welcome them on behalf of YB Dr Hiew who is recuperating from a thigh muscle injury.
During the one and half hour visit Jimmy briefed the visitors on the current political situation particularly in Sabah.
Later, Jimmy presented Mr Kyles a book entitled ‘Lest We Forget’ written by prominent Sabah Surgeon and activist Dr. Chong Eng Leong. Also present at the meeting were Sabah DAP Treasurer Fred Fung, Organising Secretary Jeffery Kumin and Publicity Secretary Dr. Edwin Bosi.
