DAP has put up quite a few big banners to warn the people especially the parents
of the young children over the possibility of child snatching activities in the
country. There were many cases happened in Malaysia and the most recent one is
just a few days ago which involved a 12 years old who is from Mount Kiara
International School near Kuala Lumpur.
Sabah
DAP Andrew Lee who is in charge of this project with the initiative on warning
and creating awareness towards this danger has made a few banners to be hung in
many places including the front of the schools.
His
objective is just hoping that the simple banners can alert and remind the
parents to be more careful about their children, especially on their safety
that they will not be kidnapped for any purpose. This is more frequent for
children around 5 to 8 years old.
He
further said that parents should not allow their young ones to wonder off by
themselves in crowded public places like shopping malls, always hold them in
yours hands and never leave them out of your sights. Don’t leave them
unattended to in children playground, recreation centre and crowded areas.
He
said the Sabah DAP would like to forward to the general public the few words so
that everyone can remember it, “Jaga lah anak anak anda, Jangan jadi Mangsa
Culik” or “Take care of your child, don’t be a kidnapped victim”!

This is a good effort from DAP.

ReplyDeleteBaru2 ini seorang warga Belanda, Nayati Shamelin Moodliar menjadi mangsa culik. mujurlah dilepaskan dalam keadaan yang baik selepas penculik mendapat wang tebusan. Nayati, 12, ditemui selamat di kawasan rehat dan rawat (R&R) Sungai Buloh, Lebuh Raya Utara Selatan (Plus).
ReplyDeleteIbubapa perlu membiasakan kanak2 supaya tidak mudah mengikut orang yang tidak dikenali selain perlu memperhatikan gerak geri anak2 mereka.

ReplyDeleteKes sekarang ini semakin menjadi-jadi dengan penculikan berlaku. Maka kita harap perkara ini dapat diambil perhatian oleh ibubapa bagi memastikan keselamatan anak-anak dapat dijaga.

ReplyDeletejangan biarkan anak2 keluar rumah tanpa pengawasan ibubapa atau penjaga.. walaupun hanya berada di sekitar rumah, itu bukanlah jaminan bahawa anak2 ini akan selamat..
