FURIOUS....Michelle Mone was furious when she discovered that her hubbie had a fling with one of her designers.
FURIOUS bra queen, Michelle Mone trashed her estranged husband’s Porsche after discovering he was having a new relationship with one of her designers.
Michelle, 40, circled the supercar four times while scraping a key along the paintwork.
She had just been told by a private detective that hubby Michael had spent the night with 31-year-old Sam Bunn — whom Michelle had considered a friend.
Michelle told a pal yesterday: “Seeing pictures of them together was the worst moment of my life.”
Michelle and hubby Michael, 46, launched Ultimo from a spare bedroom and built it into a £45million empire. They announced their split two days after Christmas — both insisting no one else was involved.
Mum-of-three Michelle had been looking forward to a family Christmas Day meal when Michael announced the marriage was over.
The pal said: “He went off to a friend’s house for the rest of the day. Michelle ended up eating it in the kitchen with her and the kids in tears. It was heartbreaking.”
Despite Michael’s denials, Michelle suspected a fling with Sam, a designer she trained up and even went jogging with.
The friend said: “Sam lives in Derby with her parents, but Michelle let her live in a house they own next door to theirs near Glasgow. And Sam joined them for family meals whenever she was working at the offices in East Kilbride.
“When she was in London, Michelle let her stay in her Mayfair flat. But she started noticing Sam was constantly in Michael’s office, flicking her hair and laughing.
“About two weeks ago Michelle asked her outright if she was having an affair with Michael.
“Sam denied it point blank. She said she felt really hurt Michelle could think such a thing.
“Then Michael, Sam and some of the other staff went on a trip to the offices in Hong Kong and China. Michelle decided to hire a private investigator.
“Last week he told Michelle that, when staff were partying all night, Michael and Sam disappeared off to a room together in the early hours.
“He also showed her snaps of Michael and Sam together. In one shot they are walking down the street with their arms around each other and Michael has his hand in the back pocket of her jeans.
“Michelle found that really upsetting as he never did this with her. She couldn’t stop crying.”
She threw Sam’s clothes out of the Glasgow house she had loaned her, changed the locks and sacked her.
She then keyed Michael’s plush Porsche Panamera. The four-door speedsters cost up to £120,000.
The pal said: “Michael threatened to call the police.”
The couple were sharing their Scottish mansion in Thorntonhall, with Michelle in the guest quarters.
They once invited TV cameras into their homes and offices for a BBC2 documentary called How We Made Our Millions, presented by Dragons’ Den star Peter Jones. Michelle’s friend said: “She is the public face of the business and Michael does the finances and production part. The last thing she will do is let him take the business; it is everything she has worked for.”
The couple wed in 1991 when pregnant Michelle was 19. They founded parent company MJM International five years later.
Today the firm has 42 staff in Glasgow, 60 consultants across the UK and 45 in Hong Kong, while under a partnership deal it employs 1,200 factory workers in China
Michelle awarded the OBE in 2010 shed six stone as her fame grew, appearing on shows such as Masterchef and The Apprentice.
Last night Michael denied cheating on his wife before the rift, saying: “Prior to our split, there was no relationship. (thesun.co.uk)
