LAST WEEK, fans were given a glimpse into the 'new world' of Total Recall in a sneak peek teaser.
Now with the release of a two-minute plus clip, movie buffs get to see that it is indeed a remake of Arnold Schwarnegger’s 1990 sci-fi action flick, and it does not disappoint.
The preview shows off updated special effects, awesome stunts, and serious mind-trips in a futuristic world that leaves you hoping August 3 would come sooner.
Directed by Underworld’s Len Wiseman, the new version stars Colin Farrell as Douglas Quaid, a factory worker who begins to suspect he’s a spy.
"It's either the fantasy or reality. That's the thing that I think is the most exciting. It's got a load of really fun action sequences and visuals, and a whole new world to experience as well, that is really fun, but what makes that all super-engaging is this constant mystery of what world we're existing in, whether it's his fantasy or reality," Wiseman described.
Other notable cast include Kate Beckinsale, Jessica Biel, John Cho, Bill Nighy, Bryan Cranston and Ethan Hawke. (Agencies)
