SABAH Progressive Party (SAPP) Luyang CLC Youth Chief, Yong Yit Yoong reiterated that the BN or any other parties will not be able to form the government alone anymore without Sabah and Sarawak, their 'fixed deposit'.
Speaking at the function organised by the SAPP KK/Penampang Youth Zone dinner, he further said that neither do they give Sabah its autonomy and the 8 points as highlighted by SAPP.
"Sabah is just being made a tool by KL or Malayan parties who does not sincerely take care of our interests.
"One DAP Sabah member once asked me, "what makes SAPP more 'Sabahan' than them?", my answer is that they cannot make decisions without referring to their KL bosses. Federal parties whether they are from the BN or otherwise are taking local Sabahans as their stepping stone to Putrajaya through colonialistic and arrogance towards our local opposition party or parties. Our best interests always lies within our own confines, our own political autonomy.
"Regarding the block L & M, how can the government still have not properly replied us why did they ‘gave’ them away? And why did they give it at the first place? According to some experts dated on the 29th April 2010 estimated that the value is RM300 Billion. From the 5% royalty we can get, we lost 15 billion in total!
"Youth nowadays should choose the right path, and vote for the right path. Do not merely look at an illusion of the 2 giants and I urge all Sabahans to be brave and take a stand on our own. To decide whatever that is rightful for us.
Sabahans need to vote wisely.ReplyDelete
